Open coaching breakfast at Wintercircus

Crispy croissants and perfectly baked ideas. Our founder Ben Urbain and his friend Sven De Coninck were asked to host an open coaching breakfast with the marketing teams of several growing startups at the Wintercircus campus in Ghent: a great chance to throw real challenges on the table and talk them through honestly.

A few things stood out. Whether you are B2B or B2C, you have to stand out as a brand ànd in your distribution funnels. And for many founders it is still a difficult balance between trusting your marketing team and committing to the long-term strategy.

Ben started from the branding and platform side; Sven focused on smart targeting and long-term creative and social distribution. They left with the same feeling: this mix of ambition and openness is what makes working with ambitious startups great, and it deserves a sequel.
